Once a refund is approved, it is sent back to the original payment method the same day.
From there, how long it takes to show on your statement depends on your bank, typically 5 to 10 working days. We cannot speed up your bank's own processing time, but we can confirm on our side that the refund was sent if it is taking longer than that.
